To view the close captioned slide shows, you must first load the latest REAL player ("G2") from http://www.real.com.
To view the shows without close captioning, you must have installed REAL player version 5, also from http://www.real.com.
Note: You might as well load G2, since it can play earlier version 5 shows and yet G2 can also do more. G2 comes in two versions, the pretty-good free version and a higher-fidelity one that you must purchase from REAL.
